Hello folks! It has been a hot minute, I know. (More like a hot century – but let’s not play the blame game…)

It is Memorial Day weekend, which in my book, means summer is OFFICIALLY here.

To kick things off, I am spending a week in the lovely Orlando, Florida. As I’ve mentioned on the blog before, I am a huge Disney fan, and will therefore be spending several days at the most magical place on earth. (That’s Walt Disney World for all the uncultured folks out there.)

Anyway, I’ve got some exciting things planned this week, so watch out for some top reviews coming your way. I’m trying out a new hotel, new restaurants and catching some new shows at the parks.
